AB  - The purpose of this project is to improve the labor conditions
that workers from the jaggery industry (traditional uncentrifuged sugar)
in Colombia face on a daily basis. This improvement comes from the
design of a workstation that will optimize the formation process in the
jaggery production; it will also prevent the workers from acquiring any
muscle injuries, which are very common with the traditional process,
and it intends to improve and standardize the commercial jaggery.
